These are all moves that are used in ACTUAL wrestling… such as high school or college wrestling. A granby roll is used when you are starting from the down position. A sprawl is used to prevent someone from using a single or double leg takedown. A jap whizzer is a take down that involves dragging the opponent to the ground by the arm. And rulon gardner is a greco-roman wrestling medalist.
