Could this be the turning point for the WWE?
For a long time, we’ve seen nothing but chaos in the WWE. Batista getting numerous shots for the World Heavyweight championship, The Great Khali as World champion and Hornswoggle holding the Cruiserweight championship. We’ve seen Mr John Cena defeat some of the greatest superstars and legends over and over again and the storylines of the WWE just get worse.
But starting from No Mercy, in just 2 days, the WWE has turned the show around. Before No Mercy, I hadn’t watched wrestling in 2-3 weeks and wasn’t planning on, but now I am excited about RAW. Randy Orton as WWE champion will give some heel heat and Shawn Michaels returning gives off face “heat.” It’ll be a classic Face challenger vs Heel champion rivalry between the two and great to see. Rumours are also spreading of Edge and Undertaker returning before 4 weeks and Y2J returning to Smackdown!. Without Edge and Undertaker, Smackdown! is boring but with them back and Mr Chris Jericho! Smackdown! will be great.
Turning point?
It didn’t hurt any. I think DX will return but with HBK in the lead roll, possibly turning on Hunter later down the road.
That is the way to end a Raw, glad someone has finally been listening.
