Question about loose skin?

Im 19 ….. 5,7″ and 179 lbs.about a week ago i was 192 pounds… i have been running everyday for about 40 minutes on some machine at the YMCA and doing a lot of wrestling everyday M-F as i made myself an assistant coach. I want to know because i am losing about a pound a day would i get loose skin? Im feeling incredible i have also been taking in about 1500-2000 calories a day also. thank you.
oh yes and i plan on being about 150 lbs pretty soon which i was about a year and a half ago till i just gained weight from eating terribly .. i am eating well now.

Loose skin is a myth. Pinch the skin on the back of your hand. That’s what extra skin would be like on your body. When you release the skin it shrinks back to normal.

I’ve lost over 100 lbs and I have what some call “loose skin” but it’s not skin at all. It’s that layer of fat just below the skin, which is difficult to lose. It’s going away though with intense cardio (30+ miles per week).
