Wrestling Practice Plans

I’m on the wrestling team and I didnt make my weight class after practice weight-ins today.. what to do?
I have to be 142 after school at 4:30 at my wrestling meet. It is about 9:30 now and I weight 145.3.. How do I lose that weight in a day? Bus leaves at 3:15 and school ends at 2:05 should I just workout in that time? Tell me what to do. PLEASE
Here is my plan so far:
Go to bed at 10:00. Drift a pound overnight by losing water weight making my weight 144. Don’t eat any Breakfast or Lunch the next day which should put me at 142.5-143. There is a scale at the nurses office that I can check my weight every now and then. What to do.. What to do..? Oh and if I don’t make 142 coach will be pissed and will make me run. (which I don’t want to do because it will get me exhausted when I face state champs tomorrow at sectionals. ANY TIPS WILL HELP ME PLEASE! THANKS SO MUCH IF YOU CONTRIBUTE. I NEED AS MUCH HELP AS POSSIBLE!!

Without running you are pretty much screwed. You can try a sauna at a gym or spitting through out the day, but if you really want to drop the weight quick, plastic bag it to bed. Wear a shirt, to soak up the sweat and put a trash bag over the top of that with another sweater over the trash bag. Endure a hot evening.
