hi im dying to wrestle im 15 now and im 110lbs i want to build a weight of 120 to 124 what do i do like , how to bulid this weight,,, well years ago i was 115 lbs and i lost alot of this weight i got taller any proteins skakes,and what about ensure the drink my moms says that will help me will it
to gain the weight you need, and muscle all you need to do is: eat peanut butter and honey sandwiches, this what micheal vick done. and the muscle is easy 100 situps, 100pushups, and 100squats a day 5 days a week, and run one mile a day. you wil get every thing you need to be a wrestler I have been a wrestler since 1997.
